From kitchen conversation to calendar invite โ automatically.
micoco.ai is built from off-the-shelf parts you trust. The clever bit is how they're wired together. Here's the full pipeline, end to end.
Plaud records
Your day, captured.
Plaud template
Conversations segmented.
Zapier โ Gmail
Lands in your inbox.
Open-brain
Stored in your Supabase.
Calendar
Future events extracted.
Daily report
Sent to your care team.
Step 1 โ The Plaud.ai recorder
You wear the Plaud.ai recorder on your shirt or lanyard during your waking day. It runs continuously and captures every conversation around you โ at the kitchen table, in the doctor's office, on the phone with family. When it docks at night, the day's audio uploads to your Plaud.ai account.
You supply: the Plaud device and your Plaud.ai subscription.
Step 2 โ The custom Plaud template
micoco.ai provides a bespoke Plaud template. Instead of a single rolling transcript, the Plaud AI breaks the day into structured segments โ each one tagged with who was talking, what was discussed, and whether any future event was mentioned.
Here's what one segment looks like once it's parsed:
Cardiology visit
micoco.ai will add this to your Google Calendar.
micoco.ai will add reminders at your usual meal times.
That's the whole idea: the AI does the listening and the sorting, so you can simply read what happened โ or, more often, never need to.
Step 3 โ Zapier delivers it to Gmail
Plaud's built-in Zapier integration pushes each completed segment straight to your own Gmail inbox. We don't sit in the middle of your audio. The transcript lives in your account; we only read what we're invited to read.
The email follows a predictable subject line so micoco.ai can find it: [memib] segment 2026-04-27_1030_cardiology
Step 4 โ Your open-brain ingests it
micoco.ai polls your Gmail for new [memib] messages, parses the JSON, and writes each segment to the Contemporary Memory feature on your private open-brain instance. That instance is a Supabase project provisioned exclusively for you โ not a row in our shared database. Your memories never sit alongside another user's.
- Contemporary Memory stores the rolling 90 days of segmented conversation.
- Long-term Memory retains semantic summaries indefinitely.
- Reference Memory holds medications, providers, conditions, and care plan.
Step 5 โ Future events flow to Google Calendar
The ingestion job extracts every future_events entry and creates a calendar event on your Google Calendar with the right title, time, and location. You can edit, decline, or reschedule the same way you would any other invite.
The next morning, micoco.ai reads your calendar back and walks you through the day in plain language and large type. Recurring obligations โ medications, blood pressure checks, walks โ are added as separate recurring entries.
Step 6 โ The daily report goes out
Each evening, micoco.ai assembles a single email for your designated care coordinator (a home health agency, family caregiver, or your PCP). The report contains:
- Today's medication compliance โ taken, missed, or skipped.
- Vital signs captured by Bluetooth devices via the iPhone companion.
- Notable conversations or appointments from the open-brain.
- Any anomalies surfaced at the top: missed doses, out-of-range readings, no-shows.
One email per patient, per day. No new portal to learn, no new app to install on the receiver's end.
